US Army Rock Island Contracting Center Awards $5.4MM Contract to Delfasco for the Ongoing Supply of BSU-33 Conical Fin Assemblies

Afton, TN, January 25, 2012 – Delfasco, LLC announced today that the US Army Rock Island Contracting Center has awarded the company a $5.4MM contract for the ongoing supply of BSU-33 conical fin assemblies. BSU-33 is the fin assembly for the MK-82 aerial bomb. It is a new type of fin assembly for Delfasco, which has historically manufactured MK-84 fin assemblies for general purpose bombs. Delfasco will manufacture all BSU-33 fin assemblies ordered under the contract in the company's Afton, Tennessee plant.

The contract is a 1-year base contract with 4 option periods extending through a 4-year ordering period.
